The Opportunity

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Business Consultant to augment our Solution Consulting Team. As the driving force behind our RFQ (Request For Quotation) success and to showcase our strength as a potential technology partner, the individual will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their requirements, effectively communicating these needs to
our internal teams, and translating their vision into actionable solutions. The main success metric for this position is the effective conversion of potential leads into clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Client Engagement & Needs Analysis: ● Serve as the liaison between clients and internal teams ● Provide inputs and support to Sales team for the lead qualification ● Conduct in-depth discussions with clients to understand their business challenges and digital platform requirements
  • Collaboration & Documentation: ● Work alongside Business Analysts, Technical Consultants, and Designers to accurately translate client needs into actionable project plans ● Create detailed and clear documentation, ensuring alignment with both client expectations and our technological capabilities
  • Proposal Development: ● Partner with pursuit specialists to design persuasive collaterals such as proposals, presentations,battle cards that effectively communicate the value of our solutions
  • Lead the RFI/RFP/RFQ process, striving for a high conversion rate from proposals to project wins
  • Marketing Support: ● Work closely with marketing and sales team to identify campaign ideas and improve campaign messaging to align with our capabilities and market need ● Articulate and publish contents such as blog post, linkedin post, solution decks ● Deliver Webinar and podcast to garner interest of potential prospects
  • Cross-functional Teamwork: ● Engage in continuous dialogue with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of client solutions ● Participate in regular knowledge-sharing sessions to stay abreast of the latest digital platform trends and best practices

What You’ll Bring To The table

  • Solid track record in business consultancy with a specialization in IT solutions or digital platform services.
  • Exposure to one or more business domains preferably in Healthcare, Digital Commerce and BFSI etc
  • Familiarity with the presales artifacts such as RFI, RFR,BRD, FRS,SOW, RFQ process and a history of successful proposal presentations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Exceptional research capabilities especially using AI tools
